4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or impact performance.

5. Fees and Payments

Pricing for services is determined by a separate written agreement or invoice. All payments must be made according to the terms of your agreement. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

We do not offer refunds for services rendered. All pricing is in USD unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, creative materials, strategies, and data produced by Dental SEO Experts USA remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed to in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary materials without our written permission.

Your own logos, branding, and business materials remain your property.

7. Confidentiality

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to deliver measurable marketing improvements, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, or revenue outcomes. SEO and advertising results are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, including market competition, algorithm updates, and consumer behavior.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice according to the terms of your service agreement. Upon termination:

All outstanding fees become immediately due

We will provide access to final deliverables produced up to the termination date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental SEO Experts USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

Our work may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, hosting providers). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or disruptions caused by these platforms.
